This is Sebastian and Szymon, the Typebuilders team!

Privately two brothers, professional programmer and historian, and passionate mechanical keyboard enthusiasts! We are glad that you want to get to know us a little better and get to know Typebuilders a little.

The idea of ​​founding Typebuilders came about when we noticed that our hobby had become an inseparable part of our lives. However, at that time, all products had to be imported from abroad and sometimes we had to wait a few weeks for a package with new switches, and sometimes we had to pay customs and VAT. We decided to change that! Our goal was to create not only a store, but also a community of keyboard enthusiasts in Poland.

We started by spreading our passion on social media through educational posts, or photos and videos of keyboards from our collection. After more than half a year, we decided to open a store to make it easier for every enthusiast to access the best products for custom keyboards.

Our main mission is to expand the community of custom keyboard lovers and enthusiasts in Poland.

It is a wonderful hobby that brings people together and allows them to express themselves and their style. In Poland, there are still not many sources from which one can draw knowledge, so we want to create materials that allow you to gain new knowledge in this field, but also to provide help at any time!

We know what it's like to wait weeks, and sometimes even months, to receive the long-awaited keycaps or switches, so we decided to put an end to that!

We are constantly establishing new contacts with companies producing keyboard accessories, or keyboard kits themselves. Through this, we want to make it easier to access both high-end and budget products for all keyboard enthusiasts!

Before we opened a store with accessories for keyboard enthusiasts, we had (and still have!) social media profiles where we try to educate through various posts.

We also want to inspire the creation of new keyboards. Searching for new inspirations or sound profiles is an integral part of this beautiful hobby that we want to be a part of.
