HMX Hibiscus switches are designed to provide the deepest, thockiest tone of all HMX models while retaining the distinct HMX "clack" characteristic.

Featuring a T3 stem, PA12 top housing and PA66 bottom housing, these switches are designed for exceptional smoothness and durability. Factory lubricated with a premium blend of GPL105 and GPL205, they offer an exceptionally smooth keystroke right out of the box, improving both sound and feel.

Do you associate HMX switches only with a high, "clacky" sound? That could be because HMX focused on producing such switches for a long time, but finally the Hibiscus model appeared!

Hibiscus definitely stands out from other HMXes not only with its color, but also with its sound. The use of the T3 stem means that these switches have a significantly deeper sound than other models of the current king of switches.

Unique materials for a unique sound

HMX Hibiscus Switches switches are linear switches, meaning that the keystroke is consistent, with no perceptible change in resistance .

Linear switches often work well for gaming due to their speed and predictability.

HMX likes to surprise us with its switches and the Hibiscus switches are no exception. In this model, HMX decided to create a housing from two types of nylon - PA12 and PA66.

But the real treat is in the stem, which is made of a material called T3, the composition of which is unknown and is a secret of HMX. However, it definitely does its job and gives a very nice deep sound.

Compatibility

HMX Hibiscus switches fit any mechanical keyboard that supports MX switches.

The 5 pins can be modified to 3 pins by cutting off the extra 2 plastic legs if necessary.
