Description

Introducing the new Jammy linear switches from HMX! Designed for those who value a softer typing experience, the Jammy switches feature a bottom housing made from a material called P4 that provides a subtle, quieter bottom-out. This material not only reduces noise, but also provides a softer feel by eliminating the stiffness often found in other switches.

Combined with a POM-made shaft and a durable PA12 top cover, the Jammy switch provides a smooth keystroke with every press. What's more, the top cover features glitter particles that add a little character to this switch.

As always, HMX switches are perfectly lubricated, so you can enjoy smoothness right out of the box without having to spend time manually lubricating them. Whether you're gaming or typing, Jammy switches provide the perfect balance between quiet precision and fluidity.

HMX is known for producing innovative, high-quality switches and unusual materials, and the Jammy is no exception! The most important aspect that we must emphasize is the bottom housing made of a nylon blend called P4, providing a soft bottom-out.

P4 is a new nylon blend designed by HMX. Unlike other blends that are simply nylon with glass fiber, P4 is a blend of nylon, PTFE, and a sound deadening agent. The goal of creating such a blend is to make the bottom-out sound muffled and not as sharp and piercing.

A heavier switch with a beautiful sound

HMX Jammy Switches switches are linear switches, meaning that the keystroke is consistent, with no perceptible change in resistance .

Linear switches often work well for gaming due to their speed and predictability.

Jammy is definitely one of the heavier switches from HMX, as its bottom-out is as much as 63g, while the force required to activate it is 57g.

HMX has opted for a POM stem - the smoothest and most tested material when it comes to stems in switches! Combined with the P4 bottom housing and PA12 top housing, Jammy switches have a quieter and more delicate sound compared to other HMX switches. The PA12 top housing and the highest quality factory lubrication guarantee that every keystroke is incredibly smooth!
